A five-step playbook based on hiring 11+ Filipino VAs through the platform.

   Post Your Job

   Write a clear job post with role, hours, salary range, and a one-line filter (e.g. 'reply with the word PINEAPPLE'). Expect 30–200 applicants in 72 hours.

2. 2

   Shortlist Resumes

   Filter by ID-verified status, English score, and prior employer reviews. Pick 5–10 candidates that match your filter line and skills.

3. 3

   Run a Video Interview

   30 minutes on Zoom. Test communication, ask role-specific questions, and confirm internet stability and working hours.

4. 4

   Pay for a Test Task

   1–2 hours of real work, paid at full hourly rate. This is the single best predictor of whether the hire will work out.

5. 5

   Onboard & Pay Monthly

   Send a written contract, set up EasyPay or Wise, document SOPs, and budget for the 13th-month bonus every December.
